HAHA ok so as promised from my last post about eye smiles, my next post will be on LEGS.
In case you don't know what legs are, look down. Ok so the craze for SEXY shapely legs in the kpop industry started with SNSD's genie. See for yourself!
WOAH. Weapons of mass destruction no? *shocked face*
So according to experts, the best legs ratio of the circumference of you legs should be [the biggest part of your thigh to your calf to your ankle] 5:3:2.
Mine is 43cm:28cm:19cm. Not that shapely eh? :(
To let you visualise better, it's suppose to be something like; if the largest part of my thighs were to remain 43cm, then my calves should be around 25.8, and my ankle should be somewhere around 17.2cm. Yupps thats the golden ratio. Guess i've got lots of working out to do.
I've done some research on how to achieve those coveted shapely legs, but before I share them, let me show you some of my favourite legs to die for in the kpop industry. And fyi, thin shapely legs have the power to make short legs look longer than they actually are.

Alright now that the observing is done, let's get down to business ;)
The billion dollar question is, HOW do we obtain those sexy shapely coveted legs?! :O
Well, it's not as hard as you may imagine, but it's not that easy either. Discipline to work out every single day is needed. But well, if that is the results you get, then every drop of sweat is worthwhile. :)
Ok. The following are videos of exercises that kpop artists do to obtain those legs of their. But remember, be consistant in you work out! :O

Ok so basically those are the so far revealed exercises done by kpop girl groups. If you really do everything from those above 3 videos everyday, I promise you slim shapely legs. ;) But of course the discipline has to be there. Oh yes and lying with your back on the floor while air cycling also helps to promote leg growth, and longer legs would naturally make them look slimmer :)
And last but not least, you can't expect to get THOSE legs when you eat like a pig everyday right? :O
It's important to watc your diet. For me, I prefer to follow korean girl group's diet style.

Yes of course it'ld be hard to eat THAT little, but trust me, you'll get used to eating only that amount of food quicker than you can imagine.
